Special Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply specifically to special offers, promotions, and referral incentives provided by Total Home Solutions of Central Texas LLC.

Referral Program ($50 Bonus)

  • The $50 referral bonus is available to existing clients who refer a new customer.

  • The referred customer must complete and pay for a qualifying paid service of $1,000 or more in labor for the referrer to receive the bonus.

  • The referral bonus offer is valid for 30 days from the date the SMS is received unless otherwise stated.

  • The bonus is not transferable and may be subject to verification before payout.

  • Any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the program.

Offer Expiration & Changes

  • All promotions and referral programs are subject to modification or termination at any time at our sole discretion.

  • Any disputes related to special promotions will be handled in accordance with our mandatory mediation policy as outlined in our Terms of Service.
